Made a ridiculously delicious "hot chocolate" tealixir on this cold, snowy morning. The tea base gives this drink sweet, cinnamony undertones, and with plenty of protein and healthy fat, it keeps me full all morning.

1 cup DE-STRESS tea 

3 tsp cacao powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 heaping tsp coconut oil

1 tbsp rice sprouts (tocotrienols)

2 tsp date sugar

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

1 dropper He Sho Wu 

Brew 1tsp DE-STRESS tea in hot water. Pour tea into blender. Add all other ingredients. Blend. Drink!
